Ingredients (serves 2):
- 1 cup fresh soy beans
- 2 squares of five-spice tofu
- 1/2 cup carrots
- 1/2 cup celery
- 3 Shiitake mushrooms
- 4 oz. ground pork
- Seasoning: 1 tsp hot pepper sauce, 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1 Tbsp Worcester sauce, 1 Tbsp sesame oil, some ground pepper
- 6 oz. noodles
1. Heat up two Tbsp cooking oil in pan.
2. Cook the ground pork until done.
3. Add the vegetables and mix well.
4. Add the seasonings and cook until the sauce is reduced.
5. Top the sauce over noodles.
